:
Functions:
- key HR Business Partner, responsible for ensuring the delivery of effective HR advice to a number of different Units within the Power Systems, as well as leading a range of HR projects and initiatives across these Units.
- He/She would be responsible for developing HR Strategies in line with the corporate strategy to help the Units achieve its business objectives.
- Responsible for preparing detailed plans to assess the internal Human Resource inventory for further Human Resource Planning.
- Responsible for developing a comprehensive time bound training and evaluation programme with strategies to combat deficiencies for the future growth of the organisation.
- Responsible for contributing to strategies in Industrial Relations planning.
- Responsible for identification of all legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function (e.g., Minimum wages, Shop & Establishments etc)
Requirements:
- Graduate with a Post Graduation in Human Resources Development and Management.
- A minimum of 15 years experience in human resources function and presently in a senior managerial role for at least 3 – 4 years.
- Must have designed and delivered organisational development intervention successfully and measurably
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations with some Industrial Relations experience.
- Should possess cutting edge technology and skills in Human Resource and employ strategic approach to Human Resource Management.
- Should have knowledge of statutory laws and legal compliance.
