Analyse business requirements and review design documents to formulate testing needs to ensure the system being developed meets business requirements
Responsible to produce test cases, conduct verification and validation activities.
Responsible for analyzing and reporting Defects
Work with other group entities on Problem Management to influence and align practice, process and tools to effect improved service provision.
Work closely with Service Management areas in other HSBC Group entities to align process, procedures and tools.
Find ways to reduce the duration of incidents.
Utilize programming skills and data mining to produce actionable reports
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills - Written & Verbal
Knowledge of, and experience in planning and organizing techniques.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
Responsible for analyzing and reporting Defects
Strong Analytical skills
Analyze and comprehend information, both verbal and numerical, accurately and logically.
Analyze documentation to determine reviewable components & develop robust review plans.
Ability to research and collect information regarding functionality.
Excellent knowledge of a wide range of desktop applications, including: MS Office Apps: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
